This morning's (unofficial) weigh-in put me at 246.8 pounds. That is a loss of an even six (6) pounds this week, and 15.2 pounds from the start.
This week's weigh-in confuses me. This is my single largest one-week loss, and the only exercise I've had is my normal life (read: almost none).
Well, I've said all along that the body reacts best to change, so why should I be confused?
Anyway, I'm back on the road later this week, so I will be back in a gym, and all the forgotten pleasures that come with that.
I have decided to start my 5 K training on Saturday, February 28. Until then, I'll keep doing what I'm doing and see how much I've lost before I start that process.
