That is 5.4 pounds lost. "They" say you should average 2 pounds a week over the course of your first 12 months. That allows for the initial boast (experienced with this weigh-in), and for occasional leveling-off periods.
As good as 5.4 pounds is, and it is good, I was hoping for more. I don't know why, I just was.
That's OK, my eye is on the me I already am in my mind's eye. I've got to remember The Slight Edge reality. I am 192 and actively involved in my children's lives.
